Pallet-Direct supply only the best quality pallets which are specific to our client's every need. Our pallets that need to travel overseas get the proper wood treatment and structural modifications as required. We don’t use air-dried timber on pallets that require ISPM-15 standards, the timber used in these pallets are kiln dried to ensure the very best quality, durability and strength. We never cut corners or costs when manufacturing pallets for our customers and as such have gained a reputation with our clients as an ethical supplier with top quality products.
Pricing
Pricing is largely dependent on the grade of timber called for in the pallet specifications. Kiln dried and wet of saw timber come in A-grade, B-grade, and Crating grade. The price differential between the different grades of timber and between kiln dried and wet of saw timber is considerable.
At Pallet-Direct we will not compromise on the quality called for in the specifications just to achieve lower pricing. The question that should be asked is “Why is your pallet so cheap” instead of “Why is your pallet so expensive “.
At Pallet-Direct we will always do our best to achieve the best pricing to customers but will not do business in an unethical and devious manner by compromising on the specification of the pallet.

Waste Management
Timber off-cuts and sawdust is converted to biofuel for use in the kiln. The emissions from the kiln can be equated to that from a decaying tree. At Pallet-Direct we ensure that we do not contribute to Global Warming and pollution levels.
